Estimated delivery is 15–18 days after your order is placed. This is an overall estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; no separate processing-time estimate is added. Destination, carrier operations, customs and other circumstances can affect delivery. Available shipping or tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact wylwyl999@outlook.com before sending anything back. Items must meet the condition and eligibility requirements in our Refund Policy, including being unworn, unused and in original packaging with tags and proof of purchase. Hygiene-related exceptions may apply. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

For standard returns that are not related to a defective, damaged or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid labels for standard returns. For damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries, contact us first with your order information and details of the issue.

No. Choose the style and size you want on the product page. The currently listed sized nail sets contain 10 fingernails in the selected style and size, not all the styles shown in the selector. Please read the individual product listing for its specific contents.

Do not assume that a tool, piece of jewelry or other styling prop shown in a photograph is included. Check the selected product's stated contents. If adhesive tabs or a particular application accessory are not explicitly confirmed, please contact us before ordering.

Measure the widest part of each natural fingernail in millimeters, then compare all five measurements with the size guide on the selected product page. Follow the thumb, index, middle, ring and little-finger columns in order. XS, S and M are set sizes; use the actual measurements rather than choosing by the size name alone.

Read the instructions on the selected product page and those provided with your set before use. Removal and aftercare depend on the product and attachment method. Do not force off press-on nails. If a supplied instruction or a water-avoidance time is unclear, contact us for confirmation rather than assuming another product's instructions apply.
