Orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment processing.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery is 15–18 days after your order is placed.
This is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below $50 may be subject to shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout based on the available shipping options.
International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Returns & Refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Return Policy.
For standard returns that are not related to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Where mandatory consumer laws provide additional or different rights, those statutory rights remain unaffected. This includes applicable European Union consumer withdrawal rights.
Refunds are subject to receipt and inspection of eligible returned items and will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable law.
